Residential deliveries only available for customers in West Los Angeles. Hourly delivery charge ($75/hr) applies for labor.
All other orders are will call, and must be picked up in store.
1.) Order cancellations may only be requested the same day the order has been placed during Economy Glass’ hours of operations.
a. Order cancellation requests can only be accepted over the phone, or in person. Cancellation requests will not be accepted by email.
b. Order cancellations will not be accepted if the glass ordered has already been cut. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the correctness of any order made prior to finalizing their order. As such, the acceptance of a cancellation is not guaranteed if we have begun fulfilling the order.
1.) Once the payment/deposit is received the order is final, and is not refundable.
a. The only exception to the this is if the order is canceled before fulfillment of the order has begun. Refer to the cancellation policy for more information on this.
2.) It is the customer’s responsibility to check the correctness of any order as it is written prior to finalizing their order. If the product provided does not match what is detailed on the invoice, is damaged, or is defective, Economy Glass will provide a replacement.
3.) Special order items are not returnable/refundable.
